A block theme for estate and letting agencies. One hero committed to a single decision with the search as its dominant element, navigation split by what a visitor came to do, and a valuation call to action that is never far away. Nine layouts and nine palettes make eighty-one combinations, all of them yours to pick, and twenty-four are pairings we recommend; choosing one changes the arrangement of the page as well as its colours. They are picked from a drawn preview in Appearance, Designs, and switching never touches a template or your content. Nothing at all is loaded from a third party: no fonts, scripts, styles or images are fetched from anywhere else, so nothing about a visitor leaves your server. The theme is complete on its own, with templates for the front page, blog, archives, search, single posts, pages and 404. It is also the reference theme for the free TerraSuite plugin, which adds property listings, a filterable search, a self-hosted map, enquiries and a viewings calendar: install that as well and the theme adds a matching property layout, a featured-property showcase and browse-by-area tiles. Neither one needs the other.
